Ms. Bradshaw has more than 25 years of healthcare clinical and management experience. After spending her first clinical years in surgical intensive care and the emergency room , she served as Director of Infection Control at a large multi-facility regional hospital for eight years. Over the most recent ten years, Ms. Bradshaw has held senior management positions within a variety of healthcare provider organizations ranging from $24M to $120M, with responsibility for operations, marketing, and sales. Her operational expertise in healthcare services ranges from acute care (hospital), homecare, wholesale pharmacy and infusion services, long term care, and durable medical equipment (DME). Ms. Bradshaw holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of Arkansas, and a Masters Degree in Marketing from Webster University.

Gordon McKenzie's diverse background and exemplary track record of success encompasses over 25 years of professional sales experience. Based out of South Florida, Gordon has worked for large fortune 500 companies such as Philip Morris, and smaller start up's such as Lifecell Corporation in their infancy, selling innovative science technologies direct to surgeons.
Craig Rose, Wound Management Technologies, Regional Sales Manager
Craig Rose has over eighteen years of professional sales and sales management experience, mostly building accounts for medical device companies. He is based in Nashville, Tennessee and worked for over ten years at LifeCell Corporation where he won many awards including multiple Territory Manager of the Year awards and President's Club awards. His sales experience includes working with surgeons in over 17 specialties.
Sheila Schultz, Wound Management Technologies, Clinical Director
Sheila Schultz is a registered nurse, graduating from an AD program, and working as an RN in OR, ER, CCU, and ICU; prior to evolving into business. She has worked for such corporations as Medtronic, Neuromed, Intermedics, and has also been an entrepreneur, owning her own medical distributorship. She received a BSN, MSN, and a MBA from University of St. Francis, Joliet Illinois. Prior to working with Wound Management, she served nine years as Clinical Director for Medafor, Inc. She has received many awards and honors, but, most recently, received a leadership reward from distributors in 2011.
Barry Constantine, Wound Management Technologies Director of Research & Development, Quality Manager
Mr. Constantine has more than 30 years healthcare industry experience and his technical training is in Biology and Mathematics. He has an extensive background in the science of wound care, worldwide business development, wound care product development, surgical procedures and hemostasis product development. Barry has authored and co-authored a number of scientific articles in wound healing as well as he is the recipient of a number of US patents. Barry's employment experience began with Johnson & Johnson's Research Foundation through to Skin Biology Exploratory Research, Sherwood Medical Inc., Convatec BristolMyers Squibb and Director of Product Development for Integra LifeScience.
Jane A. Fore, MD, Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Fore graduated from Kansas State University with a BS in Biology and received her MD at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. In 2005 she established and became the Director of, the Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Center at Tri-State Memorial Hospital in Clarkston, Washington. She is board certified in internal medicine and hyperbaric medicine and is a fellow of the Academy of Physicians in Wound Healing, being CWS certified since 2003. Dr. Fore has a vast and comprehensive knowledge of wound care treatment practices and has presented at numerous conferences and seminars since 2002 on the topics of hyperbarics, ulcers, wound care, skin protection, diabetic education, and more. Dr. Fore has served as a wound care specialist in both public and private settings and in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
